My daughter loves the ring, however I ordered a gold size 5 and I received a silver size 8. I have sent numerous emails, was told we’re so sorry we will send the correct one asap then was told it’s out of stock, I asked for a different size that was in stock then I was told ok we will send it. I keep emailing asking where my ring is. There have been 12 emails sent, I still have not received the correct item. It’s been over 2 months.
