Coco Jewelry provides a one-year warranty for regularly priced items purchased through our official website. This warranty covers the original purchaser against breakage or malfunction under normal use, caused by defects in materials or craftsmanship.
The warranty will be void if the product has been subjected to misuse, alteration, or modification by any party other than our authorized professionals. For eligible items, we will either repair the piece, or replace it with the same or a comparable model—this service is limited to one occurrence per item.
Final Sale items, including those from sample sales or explicitly marked "FINAL SALE" in the product description, are excluded from this warranty and are not eligible for repair or replacement.
