Our jewelry features 18k gold plate and sterling silver, so they won't get tarnished unless not well protected. We don’t want your special moment to fade. To maintain the quality please:

2. What's the size of the jewelry?
Our rings strictly follow US sizing standards, bangles are one-size-fits-all, and bracelets and necklaces are all adjustable. For specific size information, please refer to our Size Guide.
3. Can your jewelry be customized?

4. Do you use real gemstones?💎
To keep our prices more affordable, we use a combination of natural and lab-created gemstones. We also have natural labradorite, moonstone, quartz, chalcedony, and some citrine. Natural stones such as African Turquoise and Tiger eye are used as well. These are very durable and high quality stones. We do not use any glass or plastic in our jewelry.
Please know that there may be slight differences in color or shape. Stones have natural inclusions and variations that make each unique.

7. Can this necklace or bracelet be added onto in the future?
Yes! Our jewelry can grow with your family. In most cases, we do ask that the original item be returned to our shop and the additions purchased online. Once we receive the original item in our shop, it takes us 1-3 business days to process, add on the new charms, and give it to USPS or UPS to mail. Return delivery times vary on location and shipping method purchased.
8. Do you include a receipt in the package?
Since many of our orders are intended for gifts, unless otherwise requested, we do not include any pricing information within the package. We do include a packing slip which details the customizations for the order, but no pricing is noted on this.
9. Can I include a gift message?
Yes, please let me know the message you'd like to include in the text box at the checkout page. Please limit it to 70 characters or less. Also, we already have a gift card message in the box, which contains the meaning of the jewelry to deliver words that inspire, comfort and appreciate.
10. Is the jewelry shipped in a gift box?
All the jewelry is shipped in individual Coco Jewelry branded boxes.
